Waste waters

At Euroexport GB, we take great pride in our self-built recycling system for waste waters. This innovative system showcases our commitment to sustainability and responsible waste management. By recycling waste waters, we minimize our environmental impact and contribute to a cleaner and greener future. Our self-built recycling system is a testament to our dedication to finding innovative solutions that prioritize both efficiency and environmental responsibility.

Cooling Oils / Solvents recycling

At Euroexport GB, we have implemented a state-of-the-art coolant recycling system that exemplifies our dedication to environmental sustainability and operational efficiency. This advanced system allows us to efficiently recycle and reuse coolant used in our metalworking processes, thereby minimizing waste and significantly reducing our environmental footprint. By employing cutting-edge technology, we ensure that the coolant is purified and reconditioned for continuous use, thereby extending its lifespan and reducing the need for new coolant.

Recycling coolant has multiple benefits for both the environment and our operations. It helps to prevent the disposal of hazardous materials, reducing potential environmental contamination and promoting a healthier ecosystem. Additionally, by reusing coolant, we conserve natural resources, lowering the demand for raw materials and decreasing our overall carbon footprint. This practice aligns with our broader commitment to sustainability and responsible resource management.

Moreover, the economic advantages of coolant recycling are substantial. By optimizing resource utilization, we achieve significant cost savings in the purchase of new coolant and the disposal of used coolant. These savings can be reinvested into further improving our processes and technologies, fostering a cycle of continuous improvement and innovation. Our efficient recycling processes also contribute to operational stability and reliability, ensuring that our machinery runs smoothly and effectively.

Our commitment to coolant recycling is a testament to our broader environmental strategy. It reflects our dedication to responsible and environmentally conscious practices in all aspects of our operations. We believe that sustainable practices not only benefit the environment but also enhance our operational excellence and competitiveness. By prioritizing coolant recycling, we are taking concrete steps toward a more sustainable future, demonstrating our leadership in the industry and our commitment to corporate social responsibility.

Scrap Metal Recycling

At Euroexport GB, we are committed to responsible scrap metal recycling. We understand the importance of minimizing waste and maximizing resource utilization. Through our scrap metal recycling initiatives, we ensure that metal waste is properly sorted, processed, and recycled. By partnering with trusted recycling facilities, we contribute to the circular economy by reducing the need for new raw materials and minimizing the environmental impact of metal production. Our dedication to scrap metal recycling reflects our commitment to sustainable practices and environmental stewardship

Chip Press for Oil Extraction and Improved Logistics

In our continuous effort to enhance sustainability, we have recently purchased a cutting-edge chip press from Industrie Associate srl (Indaas). This machine plays a crucial role in our chip processing operations by draining excess oil from metal shavings and compressing them into more manageable forms. The press significantly improves the logistics of handling metal shavings by reducing their volume, making transportation and storage more efficient.

The chip press is part of a modular swarf treatment system that includes crushers, centrifuges, and conveyors, each designed to enhance productivity and environmental efficiency.

Crushers drastically reduce chip volume and automatically eject any pieces found in the chips. Centrifuges separate coolant from short chips, allowing up to 99% recovery of lubricants. Briquetting machines compact metal chips into high-density briquettes, which can be directly melted, further reducing waste and enhancing recycling efficiency.

These systems not only streamline operations but also offer numerous advantages:

  • Significant volume reduction
  • High coolant recovery rates
  • Increased value of swarf
  • Short return on investment through the sale of briquettes
  • Lower storage, transport, and handling costs
  • Environmentally friendly operations

Moreover, the use of conveyors ensures safe and efficient collection and transportation of chips and coolant directly from the machines, eliminating the need for manual handling and enhancing operator safety.
